- Germination Rates: While we source high-quality, organic seeds, germination is a natural process affected by soil, light, and water. We provide guides, but we cannot 100% guarantee a harvest.
- Live Plants: For any live plants sold, we guarantee they leave our facility in healthy condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide immediate care upon delivery.
- Artisanal Planters: Our ceramic and terracotta pots are often handcrafted. Minor variations in texture or color are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.
