Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Our Freshness Guarantee

We want your garden to thrive. If you receive a product that is damaged or fundamentally flawed, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Return Eligibility

To maintain the health and safety of our inventory:

  • Seeds & Fertilizers: Returns are only accepted if the original heat-sealed packaging is unopened and intact.
  • Hard Goods: Pots, tools, and gardening kits must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Live Plants: Due to their perishable nature, live plants are non-returnable. However, if a plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival), please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.

3.3 Damaged Planters

Ceramic and terracotta can be fragile. If your pot arrives broken:

  1. Contact green@terraterrace.store within 24 hours.
  2. Provide a photo of the broken item and the shipping label.
  3. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

3.4 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer refunds via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
